Monthly Service and Installation Rates, effective 6/28/04

Residential Service:  $36.95 per month (512 kbps, burst to over 1.5 Mbps)

Residential Installation:  One-time fee of $80.00.  Outdoor wireless equipment loaned free of charge (router not included) and must be returned to Swift Wireless if service is discontinued.

Small Business Service:  (up to 4 computers):

$54.95 per month (512 kbps, burst to over 1.5 Mbps)

$69.95 per month (1024 kbps)

Small Business Installation:   $100.00 plus $89.95 to purchase 4-port router, if needed.  Outdoor wireless equipment loaned free of charge and must be returned to Swift Wireless if service is discontinued.

Medium-sized Business Service:  (5-8 computers):

$74.95 per month (512 kbps, burst to over 1.5 Mbps)

$99.95 per month (1024 kbps)

Medium-sized Business Installation:   $100 plus $129 to purchase 8-port router, if needed.  Outdoor wireless equipment loaned free of charge and must be returned to Swift Wireless if service is discontinued.
